- Develops, and collaborates with external stakeholders, including California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (CalOES), local jurisdictions, and organizational partners, to create and support local and statewide plans and training development
- Presents to 30+ audiences, including agencies, jurisdictions, public and elected officials, commissions, partner organizations and the public on a variety of emergency management topics
- Initiates, leads, implements, organizes, and mobilizes local and statewide public policy advocacy efforts and strategy, builds cross-industry coalitions, and acts as a trusted regional subject matter expert, partner, and community liaison on disability-focused emergency management priorities
- Coordinates evacuations, support services and medical equipment needs for local disability community throughout a variety of major emergencies; including ~950 individuals during the January 2025 LA Wildfires resulting in with no known casualties
- Writes and maintains plans, training manuals, standard operating procedures, and guides, and evaluates outcomes, collects feedback, and implements improvements to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with internal, external and outreach goals

- City of Los Angeles - Major Events Accessibility Advisory Committee (MEACC): Acting as the emergency management accessibility subject matter expert, providing guidance, insights, and support to ensure plans for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games are realistic to the needs of local emergency managers and the disability community
